EM 5116 is a water-miscible cleaner package designed for the production of universal cleaners with high grease removal power based on microemulsions and alkaline salts. When diluted 1:1 with water, the product is biodegradable and non-hazardous.

Stainless Steel Cleaners

When fully formulated, these additive packages provide excellent cleaning performance on stainless steel surfaces and prevent visible fingerprints on shiny surfaces by forming a thin protective film.

Teak Wood Cleaning Concentrates

Additive packages have been developed for concentrates specifically designed to clean valuable teak wood furniture. These formulations provide effective cleaning power while lightly re-oiling the wood surface. For follow-up treatment, a special teak wood oil based on an ACL package can be used.

This product group includes surfactant blends for the emulsification of:

• Triglycerides (rapeseed oils, pine oils)

• Orange terpenes

• Isoparaffins

• White spirits

• White oils

• Mineral oils

These surfactants are used in the production of cold cleaners, release agents, and emulsifiable oils, with applications in construction chemicals, the textile industry, cleaner manufacturing, and release agent chemistry.
