EP-/AW- Additives

At Additiv-Chemie Luers (ACL), we offer several synergistic EP additive packages that support a wide range of machining processes depending on the concentration and viscosity of the base oil. Rest assured, no chlorinated paraffins are used. Instead, we provide safe additives that serve as replacements for chlorinated products.

The range of EP products includes both zinc-based and zinc-free types, suitable for use in either pure neat oils or water-miscible cutting fluids.

Sulfurized Additives

Additiv-Chemie Luers (ACL) is the exclusive distributor for Hornett Bros & Co. Ltd. in Western Europe. The EPOIL product range features a selection of low-odor, light-colored, and dark EP additives designed for diverse applications. These products are notably environmentally friendly.

Blown Rapeseed Oil

Blown rapeseed oil is well-suited for lubrication support and has thickening properties. It is biodegradable and available in various viscosities.

Water-Soluble EP Additives

ACL has developed a water-soluble sulfur-phosphorus additive (EP 3056W, AW 18074) that enhances lubrication in water-based synthetic fluids.
